Take this with a grain of salt, but we hit the pull we wanted. We didn't want to spend too much on something with such low odds, so I decided let's do 1 pack. We got the 1 chase we wanted from the set!!! From a single pack. we hit the sylveon!! Of course there's rng in this for future purchases, but the seller definitely includes all packs from a box! delivery and packaging were also amazing, and prices are as cheap as they get for aussie retail:D highly recommend and super super happy!
